Melisa Lutze

Melisa Lutze is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project coordination and account management. Currently serving as Senior Project Coordinator at Ayers Basement Systems since September 2021, Melisa previously held the position of Account Manager at National Corporate Housing from January 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing sales leads and client relationships. Melisa's earlier roles at DTN Management from May 2005 to September 2021 included Assistant Multi-Site Property Manager, Training Director, and Sales Manager, focused on training development, performance audits, and customer service. Melisa holds an ASC in Audiology and Speech Science from Michigan State University, obtained in 2006.
