Brent Zimmerman, MBA, is a distinguished business leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including HVAC, brewing, real estate development, and finance. As CEO and Owner of Ayers Mechanical since May 2025, Brent is focused on strategic growth and operational excellence while maintaining the company’s legacy. Brent has also led Saucy Brew Works since 2015, successfully raising over $10 million to launch the brand and expand its distribution. As a real estate developer, Brent has overseen the development of over $100 million in commercial real estate in Cleveland and Columbus via Brent Zimmerman Development LLC. Previous roles include CEO of JJCBUS Holdings, where Brent funded multiple Jimmy John’s franchises, and CEO of (re)spring, a company providing debt funding for cannabis cultivation facilities. Brent's finance background includes key positions at MatlinPatterson, Victory Capital Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management, and Massachusetts Financial Services. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
