Dennis Lynch

Dennis Lynch is a principal with more than 25 years of experience and a passion for enhancing the holistic student experience through planning and design. Specializing in functional and sustainable student life facilities, Dennis works closely with institutions to help them articulate their specific goals and motivations. Considering what he learns, he then works to create buildings and spaces that will support and strengthen their unique missions.

Dennis enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients and watching institutions transform for the better over time. Some of his favorite projects have included plans and designs for Goucher College, Emory University, Ringling College of Art and Design, and Georgetown University.

Dennis regularly lectures for the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I) and other professional organizations. He is a passionate, strategic thinker who prides himself on delivering results that far surpass his client’s imaginations.
