Yazan Shakman possesses extensive experience in human resources and training across multiple prestigious organizations in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Ayla Oasis since July 2017, Yazan has held various roles including Assistant Manager and Human Resources & Training Section Head. Previous experience includes positions as Learning Manager at Grand Hyatt and Learning and Development Manager at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. With a solid foundation in training and operational auditing, Yazan has also contributed as a Freelance Trainer for Dahab Hospitality and held multiple training-related positions in various hotels, including InterContinental Aqaba Resort and Grand Millennium Hotel Amman. Academically, Yazan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Al Ahliyya Amman University.
