Andrea Yacub Macek helps high-achieving women feel like themselves again in their careers.

As a career wellness/development coach and consultant, Andrea supports women who are tired of shrinking, shifting, and molding themselves to succeed in systems that weren’t built for them. Her work is not just about job searches or transitions—though she guides those too—but about helping women reconnect with their identity, clarify what they want, and move toward it with confidence and alignment.

Whether a woman is navigating growth in her current role, exploring something new, or simply asking, “Is this still right for me?”, Andrea meets her exactly where she is. From there, she helps her clients move through challenges, define their own success, and take action that supports their whole selves—not just their résumés.

With a background in leadership, a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and years of experience guiding women through change, Andrea blends emotional insight with practical strategy. Her coaching is tactical, yes—but always rooted in the belief that career success starts with coming back to yourself first.
