Pragati Singh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, Administration, and CSR at AYM Syntex Limited since June 2023, Pragati previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Fuel Intelligence from September 2021 to June 2023. Between August 2017 and September 2021, Pragati worked at BARC India as the Lead of Talent Engagement and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Business Partnering at UFO Moviez India Limited from August 2013 to August 2017. Pragati's career began with internships at Tata Consultancy Services and RNA Corp. and is backed by an MBA in Human Resources Management from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research, earned in 2013.
