Thomas Folsom

Thomas Folsom is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at Ayming since 2019. In addition, Thomas holds a position as a Board Member at OPEN DANCE PROJECT since August 2020. Previous roles include Managing Director and Director positions at various boutique tax consulting firms and a Director role in Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers. With extensive experience at the International Tax Incentive Consulting Company, Thomas specialized in managing tax controversy matters, working closely with the Internal Revenue Service and state authorities to resolve audit issues. Thomas Folsom earned a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Florida State University.
