Thabang Motau

Thabang Motau has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thabang is currently the Group Head of Finance at aYo Holdings, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Naledi Entle Advisory Services from November 2019. Thabang also served as the Chief Financial Officer at RALCO INVESTMENTS from November 2019 until July 2022. In this role, they provided strategic support to the Executive Management group, prepared annual financial statements, and ensured compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards. Before joining RALCO INVESTMENTS, Thabang worked at SNG Grant Thornton from January 2016 to November 2019, where they held roles as a Treasury Specialist and Corporate Finance Specialist. In these positions, they conducted financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence investigations. Thabang's earlier experience includes managerial and supervisory roles at KPMG from 2012 to 2015.

Thabang Motau attended the University of Johannesburg from 2005 to 2009. During this time, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
