Debojyoti Roy, MBA PMP® CSSBB, is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President at InOrg Global, where responsibilities include customer onboarding, governance frameworks, capability development, and business transformation. With extensive experience as an independent consultant focusing on business transformation for startups and SMEs, Debojyoti has provided advisory services in various sectors, including healthcare and manufacturing. Previous positions include leading the GBS Strategy PMO at Medtronic, managing transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, and playing pivotal roles at Philips and DENSO, driving strategic operations and business excellence. Debojyoti holds an MBA from SPJIMR and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
