Martin Cole

Martin Cole has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Martin began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative 2 at M&I Bank, where they coached and mentored Customer Service Representatives, executed customer transactions, and attended community events. In 2011, they moved to CrossFit NapTown as an Account Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Coach, where they coached classes, taught members new movements, maintained a clean and organized facility, and marketed the organization. In 2012, they began working at Live Nation as an Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager, where they managed payroll for full-time and part-time employees, supervised guest services during concerts and events, and streamlined the payroll process. In 2016, Martin took on the role of Project Manager at Xiber LLC, where they managed projects from sale to installation, supervised the field team, and managed the warehouse. In 2018, they became a Sales Associate at UNTUCKit, providing customers with a great shopping experience and upselling them by cross selling and demonstrating product features. In 2019, they moved to Ignition DG as an Exhibit Project Coordinator, providing administrative, organizational, and logistical support for the US Exhibit Projects team. In 2020, they took on the role of Market Option Advisor at UnitedHealthcare, where they worked with customers to match them with health and ancillary insurance products and provided quotes and enrollment support. Most recently, in 2021, Martin became the Human Resources Training Development Manager at Modern Outlook, LLC, where they focused on recruitment and retention and implemented a training program for new employees and internal trainers. Martin also began working as an Operations Director at Ayokay.

Martin Cole obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, obtained in October 2022.
