Simon Efroymson

Simon Efroymson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Simon started their career as an intern at the Indianapolis Jewish Community Relations Council in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a digital media specialist and campaign staffer for Orentlicher for Congress, managing social media platforms and campaign materials. Later in 2016, they joined the Jewish Community Center Indianapolis, where they worked under the Development Director, soliciting donations and organizing events.

From 2017 to 2021, Simon worked at Roundpeg as a Web Geek, managing web hosting, selling and running projects, and developing a base of retainer clients. In 2021, Roundpeg was acquired by DEKSIA, and Simon continued working there as an Interactive Developer until 2022, specializing in web development using WordPress.

In 2022, Simon joined Collective Alternative as a Senior Developer, and later became the Director of Web Development. Simon worked in this role until 2023 when they joined Ayokay as the Director of Web Development. Thus, Simon brings extensive experience in web development, management, and account handling to their current position.

Simon Efroymson attended the International School of Indiana from 2008 to 2011. After completing their time there, they went on to study at Indiana University Bloomington from 2011 to 2015. At Indiana University, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Political Science and Jewish Studies.
