Jacob Lieu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and HR companies. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Coach at AYP Group since January 2021, Jacob focuses on enhancing workplace performance and culture. Previously, Jacob held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at JuzTalent, aiming to establish the company as the leading online HR software provider in South East Asia. Jacob co-founded AYP Group in 2012 and served as COO until 2016. Jacob's career also includes significant roles at HP, PTC, Sun Microsystems, and Mentor Graphics, demonstrating a strong background in sales management and business development in the technology sector. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Management of Technologies from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
