Francois Barou

Francois Barou has had an extensive career in the finance industry, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Francois started their career at Lazard in 1997, where they served as Vice President in the TMT and Restructuring M&A advisory division. After eight years at Lazard, they joined Metro International as a Management Board Member, responsible for Corporate Development and M&A. In 2007, Barou returned to Lazard as a Director in the TMT and Healthcare/Consumer M&A advisory division. In 2011, they established their own company, Barou Advisers Limited, where they served as the Founder and Director. In 2014, they co-founded AYR and assumed the role of Co-Founder and Director. In 2017, Barou co-founded OneWealthPlace, where they currently serve as Co-Founder.
