Amanda Durling has extensive experience in the transportation industry, particularly in driver recruitment and retention. Currently serving as Driver Recruitment and Retention Manager at AYR Motor Express Inc. since July 2005, Amanda's role has evolved significantly over the past decade, with previous positions including Driver & Foreign Recruiting Specialist and Driver Services Administrator. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Dispatcher at A-ok Trucking Inc. from July 2015 to January 2016, overseeing communication between drivers and customers, while ensuring compliance with hours of service regulations.
