Anna Barto

Anna Barto is an experienced professional in operations recruitment, human resources, and educational programming. Currently serving as Operations Recruitment & HR Partner at Ayr Wellness Inc. since August 2021, Anna also works as a Gallup Strengths Coach. Previous roles include Director of Student Activities at Curry College from May 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating events, advising student organizations, and managing communication logistics. Anna has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Mount Ida College, developing curriculum for first-year seminars, and as a teacher at The Preschool Experience, focusing on early childhood education. Anna holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Curry College.
