Vinay Mahadik

Vinay Mahadik has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vinay is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Ayraa AI since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Securly from September 2013 to August 2020. During their time at Securly, they successfully led the company to become a market leader in student safety and device management in the EdTech market. Vinay achieved significant revenue growth, launched multiple products, expanded operations internationally, and built a strong leadership team.

Before Securly, Vinay worked at McAfee as a Senior Manager from July 2005 to March 2012. Vinay also held a role as a Vulnerability Engineer at Qualys, Inc. from December 2002 to July 2005. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Summer Intern at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and as a Research Assistant at MCNC.

Vinay Mahadik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai (Bombay), India, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Vinay later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Lastly, Vinay Mahadik attended The Wharton School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Strategy between the years 2011 and 2013.
