Karen Menne-Jacobsen offers clients over 25 years of civil engineering experience in water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, grading, and stormwater design. She provided project coordination and civil design services for consultants, large municipalities, small villages, flood control agencies, and tribes. She's responsible for project management, client communications, and the supervision and mentoring of the design staff.
