Design and Construction

The Design and Construction team at Ayres Hotels is responsible for the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new hotel properties and renovations. Led by the Vice President of Design and Construction, the team ensures that each hotel reflects Ayres' dedication to craftsmanship and elegance. The Contractor/Building Inspector oversees the construction process to maintain high standards of safety and quality, while the Design Director focuses on creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that enhance the guest experience.
