Liz Walker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent position was as the Head of Financial Services at Ayrshire College, a role they started in August 2013. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Kilmarnock College, including Head of Finance & Student Funding, Finance Manager, and Finance Officer. Liz also worked as a Senior Auditor at HL Bloom & Company from 1990 to 1992, and as a Senior Auditor at Touche Ross from 1989 to 1990. Their early career began at Spicer & Oppenheim, where they served as a Junior Audit Assistant from 1986 to 1989.
Liz Walker attended the University of Glasgow from 1983 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting.
