Natalie Cairns is an experienced professional with a strong background in business engagement and innovation, currently serving as a Business Engagement & Innovation Officer at Ayrshire College since February 2022, and previously held the position of Business Growth Officer. Prior to this, Natalie worked at Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce as a Business Liaison Officer from May 2019 to February 2022. Natalie's experience also includes a role as Resort Sales Coordinator at Trump Turnberry from July 2017 to April 2019, along with earlier positions in customer service, such as Bar Staff/Waitress at Meriah Ltd and Bar Waitress at Parkdean Resorts. Natalie gained foundational experience in the hospitality sector as a Food and Beverage Waitperson at Ayr Racecourse. Holding a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling, obtained between 2013 and 2017, Natalie brings a diverse skill set and extensive experience in both business development and client engagement.
