Michael Blair possesses extensive experience in engineering, coaching, and software development. Currently, Blair serves as Vice President of Engineering at TechStyleOS and co-founded the Northern Arizona Altitude, the first female amateur soccer team in Northern Arizona, while also coaching youth and high school soccer teams. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at Attainia and Senior Web Software Developer at the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association, where significant contributions to online systems were made. As a coach, Blair has earned multiple accolades, including 2019-2020 NFHS Arizona High School Coach of the Year and several state championships with Northland Preparatory Academy’s girls' soccer team. Academic qualifications include a BS in Zoology from Northern Arizona University and further education in Mathematics and Computer Science.

AYSO United is the National Club Program of the American Youth Soccer Organization. AYSO Serves over 400,000 Players Nationwide with the “United” Program sitting at the top of the player pyramid. AYSO United Operates in 27 Communities Nationwide with over 9000 Players competing in their local travel leagues, regional leagues, and National Leagues. Founded in 2016 AYSO United shares the same philosophies, and vision that the parent program values with an emphasis on “providing a world class youth soccer program that enriches children’s lives.”
