Caroline Penn

Caroline Penn has over 10 years of experience in project management, sales, and marketing. Caroline is currently a Client Success Manager at AYTM, where they oversee client lifecycles, budgets, and feedback to help drive development and increase sales and retention. Prior to their current position, Caroline was a Project Manager at Mophilly Technology Inc., where they worked closely with software developers and clients to oversee development and enhancements of applications for desktop, mobile, and web. Caroline also spearheaded strategic marketing efforts that resulted in increased software license sales and genuine client relationships. Other previous positions include Agency Coordinator at SunSpots Productions and Broadcast TV Coordinator at Freelance Marketing and Creative Services. Caroline began their career as a Production Coordinator and Project Manager at IDEAS Orlando. Caroline has a passion for helping others and takes pride in their work, whether it’s managing a project or developing a strategy that leads to success.

Caroline Penn completed a market research program at The University of Georgia and holds a B.A. in radio and television from the University of Central Florida. Caroline also has an A.A. in communication and media studies from Florida State University. Caroline is certified as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance and as a Principles of Market Research from The University of Georgia.
