Vinod K.N has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Vinod is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ayu Health. Prior to this, they held the position of Head HR at Medeor Hospitals in India. Vinod also served as a Unit Head Human Resources at Aster Hospitals in Bangalore from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Vinod worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gayatri Hospital and as an HR Manager at St Joseph's Hospital Mariam Nagar Ghaziabad. Vinod started their career as an Assistant Manager at St Joseph' Hospital Mariam Nagar Ghaziabad, where they gained experience in various areas such as salary creation, EPF, ESIC, VAT deduction, and marketing activities. Additionally, they completed a summer internship at Coromandel International Ltd. throughout their career, Vinod has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR management, quality inspection, public relations, and government liaison.

Vinod K.N's education history begins with their completion of Class II to XII at St Joseph's Academy, where they studied Science. Following this, they attended Delhi University from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
