Jaleel Johnson

Jaleel Johnson has extensive experience in education, counseling, and emergency management. As a Professor and Senior Counselor at Washington DC Theological Seminary from January 2021 to May 2024, Jaleel designed a digital learning platform to support over 520 learners and organized personal development workshops that improved conflict mediation skills among university leaders. Currently, Jaleel serves as a Legal Orientation Specialist at Ayuda and previously worked as a Billing Specialist at Bryant Group, Inc., where Jaleel streamlined accounts payable processes. Earlier in the career, Jaleel held roles as an Emergency Management Specialist with FEMA, a Spanish Interpreter at Ad Astra, Inc., and an English Educator and Project Coordinator with the Peace Corps. Jaleel holds a Master of Arts in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from Morehouse College.
