Ayuntamiento de Santander. New Technologies Department

Born on March 18, 1971. Civil Engineer, Canals and Ports, specializing in Hydraulics, Oceanography and the Environment, from the University of Cantabria. 

After carrying out his professional work in construction, civil works, building and services companies, in 2007 he joined the Santander City Council as Councilor for Infrastructure, Urban Planning and Housing. 

Since January 2012 he has been the first deputy mayor and since June 2015 he has been the spokesperson for the Popular Municipal Group. 

In the current legislature, he is in charge of the Department of Development, Housing and Sustainable Mobility.
