Robert Specland

Robert Specland has an extensive background in recruiting and office management. Robert served as a Director of Recruiting at Ayzenberg starting in 2021, following their role as a Senior Recruiter at Ryan Recruits earlier in the same year. Prior to this, they held positions at Eleventh Hour, where they worked as a Recruiter, Account Manager, and Recruiting Coordinator. Additionally, Robert gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Appian Way (Leonardo DiCaprio) and as a Coordinator in Theatrical Marketing at New Line Cinema.

Robert Specland earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies / English from Hofstra University.
