Robert Bachich has extensive work experience in the electrical and project management field.
Robert began their career as the Electrical/Mechanical Superintendent at Stevens & Thompson Paper/Dahowa Hydro in 1986, where they ensured timely scheduling, equipment maintenance, and coordinated maintenance shutdowns. Robert also responded to emergency breakdowns and made significant financial contributions to the company.
In 2000, Robert joined GE Energy/J.A. Jones Associates as MEP Superintendent, where they coordinated all MEP and civil trades at a 24-hour research facility. Robert was responsible for site safety requirements and conducted weekly schedule reviews.
From 2000 to 2003, Robert owned RPB Electrical Services, where they successfully grew the company into a round-the-clock electrical service provider. Robert identified market requirements to land new business and provided electrical wiring services for a 150-unit senior village.
At Eastern Heating & Cooling, Robert worked as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2004. Robert managed the installation of Energy Management Systems for commercial and industrial buildings, including hospital expansions and modernizations.
From 2004 to 2010, Robert worked at Westfield Corporation as an MEP Superintendent/General Superintendent. Robert orchestrated the field activities for MEP and general trades for five major mall development projects nationwide, with values at $620 million. Robert resolved client and team issues and facilitated productive communication among contractors, owner representatives, and project management.
At RPB Electrical Services, Robert returned as Industrial Estimator/Consultant from 2010 to 2013.
Finally, since September 2018, Robert has been working at A/Z Corporation as a Senior Electrical Project Manager. Robert has total responsibility for planning, directing, monitoring, and tracking all activities of assigned projects. Robert manages multiple projects concurrently for Fortune 500 and private sector companies with high-level security and quality requirements.
Robert Bachich attended Indiana University Northwest from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an associates degree in business. Afterward, they pursued coursework in Electrical Engineering and Management at Purdue University and Indiana University, though the exact dates are unknown.
