Jakub Votava

Jakub Votava is an experienced operations manager currently with AZ KLIMA a.s. since October 2023. Previously, Jakub Votava served as the LEAN & Continuous Improvement Engineering Group Leader at Gebauer & Griller from June 2019 to October 2023, where leadership involved optimizing production flows and eliminating waste across all departments. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Körber Medipak Systems Machinery s.r.o. and Production Engineering Manager at ABB Brno, overseeing various operational departments and supporting production lines for high voltage products. Jakub Votava has a solid educational background with degrees in Process and Environmental Engineering from Brno University of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2011.
