Dorien Diels

Dorien Diels serves as the Directeur patiëntenzorg at AZ Monica since February 2021, previously holding the role of zorgcoördinator and working with the Mobiele equipe at Heilig-Hartziekenhuis Lier from January 2013 to January 2021. Prior experience includes a position at UZ Leuven from July 2008 to December 2012, focusing on psychiatric nursing in the Epsi unit and outreach services. Dorien Diels is pursuing an Executive MBA at Vlerick Business School from October 2023 to June 2025 and holds a Master's degree in Nursing from KU Leuven (2010-2012) as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences (2005-2008).
