Elke van Bladel

Elke Van Bladel currently serves as the Algemeen directeur at Inspirant since September 2024, following a robust tenure at AZ Oostende beginning in August 2019 as the Leidinggevende & strategisch beleid dienst communicatie. At AZ Oostende, Elke oversees the strategic and operational management of the communications team while developing and implementing the strategic communication plan. Previous roles include Stafmedewerker within the Algemene en Medische Directie and Programmamanager, coordinating the merger preparations of two hospitals. Prior to this, Elke amassed extensive experience at Daikin Europe from July 2009 to August 2019, starting as an Internal Auditor and subsequently working in Spare Parts Customer Service & Life Cycle Management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Handelswetenschappen with a focus on Strategisch Management from HOGENT and a Professional Bachelor's in Accountancy & Fiscaliteit from Hogeschool Antwerpen, along with certifications in Lean in Care and MSP Foundation Certificate in Programme Management.
