Aza Ecotique was born from a Saturday morning conversation. A simple idea sparked by the desire to merge creativity with sustainability. What began as a personal experiment, soon evolved into a purpose-driven brand dedicated to redefining fashion through upcycling.

We create eco-friendly, one-of-a-kind upcycled bags, accessories and clothing from preloved garments and textiles at the end of their lifecycle. Guided by a zero-waste philosophy, every scrap of fabric is carefully stored and reused in secondary projects, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Our strategy is to keep the process local: all the upcycled materials are sourced within Finland, and production is centralized in Helsinki. This approach reduces our carbon footprint, supports Finland’s circular economy, and guarantees transparency, quality, and ethical oversight at every step.

We consciously avoid using ultra-fast-fashion garments, staying true to our principles and refusing to contribute to exploitative or wasteful systems. Sustainability runs through everything we do, from our second-hand sewing machines and studio furniture to our minimal, recyclable packaging.

At Aza Ecotique, we believe that fashion should respect both people and the planet. Each piece we create tells a story of renewal, breathing new life into discarded textiles while contributing to a more circular and conscious future.
