Khodor Badran

Khodor Badran has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Khodor'smost recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Azadea Group, a premier lifestyle retail company, where they played a leading role in defining corporate strategies and adapting to changes in the business environment. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Human Resources at International Port Management, handling all HR matters in multiple countries. Badran also served as the Group Head of Human Resources at Webcor Group, overseeing HR operations in numerous countries. Earlier in their career, they held senior HR positions at SITA, Spinneys Middle East, FDC, Tanmia Lebanon, Alico Cia de Seguros S.A., and Arabia Insurance Company. Throughout their career, Badran has been responsible for a wide range of HR functions and has worked in diverse industries, including retail, port operations, commodities, and insurance.

Khodor Badran completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences & Public Administration from the American University of Beirut from 1992 to 1996. Khodor then pursued another degree in Human Resources Management from the same university, graduating from 2003 to 2005.
