Paul Kassis

Paul Kassis is currently the Head Chef at Azadea Group, where they oversee daily food preparation and ensure the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Previously, Kassis held various roles in the culinary field, including Executive Chef at Laval Catering and Chef de Partie at Keserwan Medical Center. With a background that includes positions at Gourmet Boutique Saudi Arabia and Karam Beirut Restaurants Company, they have demonstrated expertise in food production, staff training, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Kassis also studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Lycee technique ajaltoun from 2008 to 2010.
