Salim Doro is the Regional F&B Brand Manager at Azadea Group and an experienced Executive Chef with a notable background in the retail industry. From 2006 to 2011, they served as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar and later held the position of Executive Chef at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. and M. H. Alshaya Co. between 2012 and 2017.
