Amy Monje

Amy Monje currently serves as the Executive Chef and Regional Executive Chef Specialist at Oakmont Senior Living since April 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Culinary Director at Integral Senior Living and at Solstice Senior Living from January 2019 to January 2021, overseeing 33 kitchens across multiple locations, including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Maui. Responsibilities involved staff management, training, and onboarding new chefs. Amy's experience also includes serving as District Support Chef for Holiday Retirement from May 2011 to January 2020, where similar duties of kitchen oversight and chef support were performed. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes.
