Sally Baaklini

Sally Baaklini is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in retail management and HR functions. Currently serving as the Field Human Resources Manager for Azadea Group since August 2016, Sally oversees HR responsibilities for Pull&Bear and Zara Home across the region. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Field Partner and Shop Manager, where responsibilities encompassed business understanding, accounts analysis, and performance forecasting. Prior experience at Holdal - Abou Adal Group as a Shop Manager involved developing work strategies and conducting comparative research on luxury brands. Sally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Art and Advertising from the American University of Science and Technology, completed in 2015.
