Romeu Moura

Romeu Moura is an experienced professional in software craftsmanship, agile coaching, and systems thinking. Currently serving as an Aspirant at Azaé since December 2022, Romeu has a long history of leadership roles, including Co-Organizer of the NewCrafts Conference and Organizer of the Crafting Software Meetup, both established in 2015. Romeu has held various prominent positions at BCG Platinion, such as Principal Agility & Systems Thinking Evangelist and Chaos Engineering Evangelist, promoting systemic change and chaos engineering practices. Prior roles include Technical Ambassador at AROLLA and Team Coach for multiple corporate clients in software development. Romeu holds multiple degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from renowned institutions, including a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
