Leilah K.

Leilah K. is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager at AZA Finance since November 2019, Leilah oversees global financial reporting, tax, and auditing across more than ten African and European jurisdictions. Previously, at BitPesa from October 2015 to September 2018, Leilah worked as a Senior Finance Associate and contributed significantly to implementing accounting frameworks and managing various financial operations within a rapidly growing online payment platform. Earlier experience includes a role as Finance Assistant at PEAK DMC, where Leilah was involved in accounts payable and cash management tasks. Leilah holds a Master's degree in Control, Audit and Corporate Finance from ESC Clermont Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Strathmore University, along with ACCA certification in Accounting and Finance.
