Customer Success Manager at Azalea Health

Amber Carter, CPB, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber began their career as a Patient Care Assistant at Mirate Eye Ctr in December 2016. From there, they joined TURNERS FINE FURNITURE as an Office Assistant in September 2011 and later returned to the same role after a brief break in February 2013. In July 2014, they transitioned to the City of Adel as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until December 2016. Amber then joined Azalea Health in December 2017 as a Patient Relations Specialist, before transitioning to the role of Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Specialist in May 2018. Amber continued to grow within the organization, taking on roles such as Revenue Cycle Management Account Coordinator and Senior Revenue Cycle Management Account Coordinator, before becoming the Enterprise Revenue Cycle Management Account Coordinator Team Lead in July 2022. Finally, in February 2023, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Azalea Health.

Amber Carter, CPB obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College-Valdosta Campus. Amber completed their education at this institution from 2010 to 2012.
