Carl Payne

Carl Payne is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and athletic training. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist and MIPS Regulatory Consultant at Azalea Health since December 2024, Carl plays a key role in onboarding over 600 acquired clients onto the system. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at STI Computer Services from March 2008 to August 2025, where Carl worked as a Senior Medical Software Trainer and Revenue Cycle Management Account Service Manager, assisting practices of varying sizes in implementing software solutions and optimizing revenue. Additionally, Carl was the Head Athletic Trainer at Bloomfield College from September 2002 to March 2008, overseeing athletic training and rehabilitation services for an NCAA Division 2 athletic department while managing the departmental budget. Carl holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences from Rutgers School of Health Professions and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Rutgers University.
