Michelle Lardizabal

Michelle Lardizabal has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, particularly in sales and leadership roles. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer North America at Azamara since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the SVP & Commercial Sales Officer at MSC Cruises USA starting from October 2019. Michelle also held the position of Vice President of Sales, US at Club Med from January 2016 to October 2019. Before that, Michelle served as the Vice President of Sales at City Wonders LTD from January 2014 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. in various roles, including Associate Vice President of Global Sales & Distribution and Director of Sales, Mid-Atlantic Region. Michelle also gained experience at Unilever, Calvin Klein Cosmetics as an Area Manager, Travel Retail, Market Manager, Travel Retail, and Sales Coordinator. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated their ability to drive sales growth, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.

Michelle Lardizabal earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the Florida State University's School of Business. Michelle attended the university from 1988 to 1992.
