Luke Zhao

Luke Zhao is an accomplished R&D Lead at azaneo since November 2023, with extensive experience in hardware engineering, biomedical R&D, and education. Previously a Hardware Engineer at Micropace Pty Ltd from February 2017 to November 2023, Luke focused on circuit design, testing, and documentation management. As a Biomedical R&D Engineer, Luke developed a custom electroporation ablation system for preclinical trials. Luke also contributed as a Piano Teacher and Accompanist for over eight years and served as an Academic Tutor at the University of Sydney, managing tutorial sessions for engineering subjects. As the Founder and President of a musical community, Luke enhanced collaboration among over 500 members. Luke's earlier experience includes a summer internship at Cochlear, where design and development skills were applied, and an educational background featuring a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a combined Bachelor's in Bioelectronics and Neuroscience from the University of Sydney.
