Sumanta Meher

Sumanta Meher has over 15 years of experience in various roles across multiple industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Project Manager at LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD, KANSBAHAL, where they managed Crushing plants projects, from Planing, scheduling & budgeting to Erection & commissioning. In 2006, they completed an Engineering Internship at Hindalco Industries Limited. In 2012, they joined Flareum Solar Technologies as Project Head- North India, where they were responsible for End to End Project Management & Process design. In 2014, they founded Medioctor, a Digital Healthcare Platform that Connects the Ecosystem in a Unified Process, providing intelligence & Contextualized Content to each stakeholder in Real-Time. Sumanta also founded a Stealthmode Textile Startup, an initiative to disrupt famous Sambalpuri Textile industry by modernizing the manufacturing processes & supply chain. In 2017, they became Vice President at ThinkLink, where they Head Solutions & Delivery at ThinkLink SCS. Sumanta is currently working as Category Lead- HPC at cure.fit (cult.fit) since 2019 and was previously Director Of Growth & Operations at Azani Sport, where they Found PMF and Scaled & successfully closed acquisition by Cure. fit.

Sumanta Meher received a PGDM in Operations & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University Of Technology ( Formerly UCE ), Burla between 2003 and 2007.
