Aliaksandr started their career as a Business Analyst at Intexsoft in 2014, where they were responsible for gathering requirements and creating user stories and graphic interfaces.

In the same year, they moved to *instinctools and worked as an IT Solutions Consultant. Aliaksandr'srole involved establishing partnerships, negotiating, launching new projects, and developing new markets in Europe and the USA.

In 2017, Aliaksandr joined Intexsoft again, this time as a Business Development Specialist. Aliaksandr managed the full sales cycle, identified customers' needs and goals, and transformed them into opportunities for cooperation.

In 2018, Aliaksandr joined Azati Software as a Business Development and Account Manager. Aliaksandr'sresponsibilities included team management, account management, business development, strategic partnerships, and product development.

Currently, they hold the position of VP, Product Development and Strategic Partnerships at Azati Software. Aliaksandr'srole involves team management, resource planning, account management, business development, strategic partnerships, and product development, primarily focusing on helping partners with their tech needs.

Aliaksandr Koshchyts attended Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management. Additionally, they have gained a certification in "Managing Projects with Microsoft Project" from Microsoft.
