Aprajita Rana

Aprajita Rana is currently an Independent Affiliate at Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, specializing in Policy Affiliate for Technology, Data Protection, and Artificial Intelligence. With previous experience as a Partner, Senior Associate, and Associate at AZB & Partners, and as Legal Counsel at Bharti Airtel, Aprajita has a strong background in law. Aprajita holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, a Chevening India Fellow in Technology Law and Cybersecurity, and a Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Additionally, Aprajita has a certificate in International Law and Legal Studies from The Hague Academy of International Law.
