Aprajita Rana

Aprajita Rana is currently a partner at AZB & Partners. Prior to that, they worked as a manager for Bharti Airtel from August 2009 to April 2012. In their role at Bharti Airtel, they were responsible for supporting the expansion of the International Enterprise Segment. This entailed negotiating and structuring deals relating to submarine cable capacity, IRU's, network interconnection, finance leasing, data center operations, immigration and employment.

Aprajita Rana has a wealth of experience in the telecom industry, and their experience in dealing with complex legal and regulatory issues has been invaluable in their current role as a partner at AZB & Partners.

Aprajita Rana is a Chevening India Fellow in the field of Cybersecurity. Aprajita has also completed a Certificate Summer Program in International Law and Legal Studies from The Hague Academy of International Law - Académie de droit international de La Haye. Aprajita has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and a Master of Laws - LLM from Harvard Law School. Aprajita is also certified from Kaplan UK in Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) - Solicitor in England & Wales, IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), and BCI - Bar Council of India in Advocate.
