Atreya Bhattacharya

Atreya Bhattacharya is a Partner at AZB & Partners. Prior to joining AZB, Atreya was a Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where they focused on cross border M&As, private equity, and structured debt transactions in the natural resources, infrastructure and real estate sectors.

Atreya began their career as an Associate at Herbert Smith LLP in London, where they focused on M&A transactions in the energy and natural resources sectors. Atreya later transferred to the firm's Singapore and Jakarta offices before returning to India.

Atreya Bhattacharya completed a five-year integrated B.Sc. LLB (Honours) degree with specialisation in corporate laws from the National Law University, Jodhpur.
