Atreya Bhattacharya

Atreya Bhattacharya is a Senior Partner at AZB & Partners with experience in M&As, private equity, and structured debt transactions in Mumbai. Prior to this, Atreya served as a Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas focusing on cross border M&As in natural resources, infrastructure, and real estate sectors in India. Atreya also worked as an Associate at Herbert Smith LLP in London, Singapore, and Jakarta concentrating on M&A transactions in the energy and natural resources sectors. Atreya graduated with a B.Sc. LLB (Honours) with a specialization in corporate laws from National Law University, Jodhpur.
