Sunila Awasthi

Sunila Awasthi is a partner at AZB & Partners. Sunila has over 25 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, advising on general corporate commercial work, transactions, and joint ventures. Sunila was previously a senior associate at Ajay Bahl & Co. and J. Sagar Associates. Sunila started their professional life as an associate at Ajay Bahl & Co. in 1993, where they were involved in the beginnings of economic liberalization and the drafting of first joint venture agreements and filing of first FIPB applications.

Sunila Awasthi pursued an LLB Honors in Law from Delhi University. Sunila then pursued an LLM in Intellectual Property Rights from The University of Queensland. Sunila also has a BA (Honors) in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Sunila has completed their Class XII in Humanities from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram
