Joseph Hodgson

Joseph Hodgson has almost 12 years of work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing roles. Joseph most recently worked as a Project Procurement Manager at AZCO starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Strategic Sourcing Manager at AriensCo from January 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining AriensCo, Joseph held various roles at Oshkosh Defense from 2016 to 2021, including Commodity Manager and Senior Supplier Manager. Their responsibilities involved managing suppliers for different components such as hydraulics, plastics, composites, interiors, powertrain, cooling, emissions, and fabricated components.

Currently, Joseph is pursuing an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
