Gerrit de Vos

Gerrit De Vos is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Since June 2010, Gerrit has served as Group General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Azelis. Prior to this role, Gerrit held the position of General Counsel EMEA at Nitto Europe NV from February 2005 to June 2010 and served as Secretary General at Carestel Group from October 2001 to February 2005. Earlier in Gerrit's career, experience was gained as an Associate at Allen & Overy in Belgium from September 1999 to October 2001, focusing on corporate and M&A practices, and as a Legal Intern at Agfa in 1998-1999. Gerrit holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Antwerp, completed in 1998, and attended Sint-Gabriëlcollege, where a high school education in Economics was obtained from 1981 to 1993.
