Riddhi Rohra

Riddhi Rohra currently serves as the Customer Service Team Lead at Azelis since February 2023, after holding the position of Customer Service Associate. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Representative for the ANZ region at DoiT International, a company known for its strategic partnership with Google Cloud Platforms and Amazon Web Services, from July 2022 to November 2022. Riddhi also worked at AusPackaging from March 2021 to June 2022 as an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative, focusing on timely customer inquiries and relationship building. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Citi Phone Officer at Citi, where responsibilities included managing existing credit card customer accounts and generating performance reports. Riddhi holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Management from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, completed in 2007.
